Do my words disappear forever? 書いた文章は、消えてしまうの？
No. What fades is only the display on screen. Your writing is saved on your device, and you can read it back anytime using the "Read back" button in the top-right corner.
消えていません。薄くなっていくのは画面の表示だけです。書いた文章はお使いの端末に保存されています。右上の「読み返す」ボタンから、いつでも読み返せます。
Where is my writing saved? データはどこに保存されるの？
Web version: Your writing is saved in your browser's internal storage. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Web版：ブラウザの内部ストレージに保存されます。あなたの端末の中だけにあり、外部に送られることはありません。
Mac version: Your writing is saved as plain text (.txt) files, so it remains on your Mac even if you delete the app. Settings are stored in the app's sandbox and will be removed when you delete the app.
Mac版：テキストデータはプレーンテキスト（.txt）で保存されるため、アプリを削除しても消えません。設定データはアプリのサンドボックス内に保存されるため、アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。
What happens if I clear my browser data? ブラウザのデータを消したらどうなるの？
If you clear your browser data, your writing in the web version will be lost. Tomoshibi cannot recover it, because your data was never sent to a server. If your writing is important to you, copy it using "Copy full text" beforehand.
Web版をお使いの場合、ブラウザのデータを消すと書いた文章は失われます。サーバーにデータを送っていないため、復元する手段がありません。大切な文章は、「全文をコピー」で事前に保存しておいてください。
The Mac version is not affected by browser data clearing.
Mac版はブラウザのデータ消去の影響を受けません。
If I share, will people see what I wrote? シェアすると、書いた文章が公開されるの？
No. When you share to X (Twitter), only the number of characters you wrote is shared. Your actual writing is never included. No one sees your words but you.
されません。X（Twitter）にシェアされるのは、書いた文字数だけです。あなたが書いた本文は含まれません。あなたの言葉を読めるのは、あなただけです。
What's the difference between the Mac app and the web version? Mac版とWeb版は何が違うの？
The web version is a free demo. There are small differences like fade timing and the opening line, but you can experience the core writing flow. The Mac app is a standalone application that runs without a browser, starts faster, and works offline.
Web版は無料のデモ版です。フェードの調整や起動時の一文表示など細かな違いはありますが、基本的な機能は体験できます。Mac版はブラウザなしで単独で動くアプリケーションで、起動も速く、オフラインでもそのまま使えます。
Can I change the look? テーマは変えられる？
Yes. Open Settings (the gear icon at the bottom-left) and choose from four themes: Flame, Dawn, Whiteout, and Plane. Each has its own atmosphere.

What devices and browsers are supported? どの環境で使えるの？
Web version: Works on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari). Desktop is recommended for the best experience, but mobile browsers also work.
Web版：モダンブラウザ（Chrome、Safari）で動作します。デスクトップがおすすめですが、スマートフォンのブラウザでも使えます。
Mac version: Requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later.
