This policy applies to all versions of Tomoshibi, including the web version and the Mac version distributed through the Mac App Store.

本ポリシーは、Web版およびMac App Store版を含む、Tomoshibiのすべてのバージョンに適用されます。

Your writing is saved only on your device. Nothing is sent to Tomoshibi's servers. The app does not collect any personal data.

あなたが書いた文章は、お使いの端末にのみ保存されます。Tomoshibiのサーバーに送信されることはありません。個人データは一切収集しません。

The data stored on your device includes:

端末に保存されるデータは以下のとおりです：

• Text — completed paragraphs and text currently being edited
• Settings — theme, language, and characters-per-line preference
• テキスト — 確定済みの文章と、入力中のテキスト
• 設定 — テーマ、言語、一行の文字数

Web version: Data is stored in your browser's localStorage.

Web版：データはブラウザのローカルストレージ（localStorage）に保存されます。

Mac version: Your writing is saved as plain text (.txt) files on your Mac, so it remains even if you delete the app. Settings are stored within the app's sandbox and will be removed when you delete the app.

Mac版：テキストデータはプレーンテキスト（.txt）でMac上に保存されるため、アプリを削除しても消えません。設定データはアプリのサンドボックス内に保存されるため、アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。

There are no accounts. No cookies. No analytics. No third-party SDKs. Tomoshibi has no way of knowing who you are.

アカウントはありません。Cookieも使っていません。アクセス解析も入れていません。サードパーティのSDKも使用していません。つまり、Tomoshibiはあなたが誰かを知る方法を持っていません。

The Mac version saves your writing as plain text (.txt) files locally on your Mac. Settings are stored within the app's sandbox. No data is transmitted to external servers.

The Mac version does not use any tracking frameworks. No tracking occurs, so App Tracking Transparency (ATT) does not apply.

Mac版はトラッキングフレームワークを一切使用していません。トラッキングを行わないため、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の対象外です。

Apple may collect crash logs or diagnostics data if you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in your Mac's Privacy settings. This data is anonymized by Apple and does not contain your writing. Tomoshibi itself does not collect or transmit any diagnostics data.

Macの「プライバシー」設定で「App開発者と共有」を有効にしている場合、Appleがクラッシュログや診断データを収集することがあります。このデータはAppleにより匿名化されており、あなたの文章は含まれません。Tomoshibi自体は診断データの収集・送信を行いません。

In the future, we may introduce iCloud sync. If we do, data will be synchronized through Apple's iCloud service across devices linked to your Apple ID. We will update this policy and the App Store privacy labels before introducing any such feature.

将来的にiCloud同期を導入する可能性があります。その場合、Apple IDに紐づくデバイス間でAppleのiCloudサービスを通じてデータが同期されます。導入の際は、事前に本ポリシーおよびApp Storeのプライバシーラベルを更新します。

The share feature only activates when you explicitly press the share button. When sharing to X (Twitter), only your character count and a standard message are shared — the text you wrote is not included. Image saving generates images locally using the Canvas API. Nothing is sent to a server.

シェア機能は、あなたが明示的にシェアボタンを押したときだけ動作します。X（Twitter）へのシェアでは、文字数と定型文のみが共有されます。あなたが書いた本文は含まれません。画像保存はCanvas APIでクライアントサイドに生成されます。サーバーへの送信はありません。

Tomoshibi does not provide, sell, or share your data with any third party.

Tomoshibi does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 16. The same privacy protections apply to all users.

Tomoshibi does not collect or process personal data. Rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, etc.) and Japan's APPI are generally not applicable. Data stored on your device can be deleted at any time: through your browser settings (web version) or by deleting the app (Mac version).

Tomoshibiは個人データを収集・処理しません。GDPRに基づくデータ主体の権利（アクセス権、訂正権、削除権等）および個人情報保護法に基づく義務は、実質的に発生しません。端末に保存されたデータは、ブラウザの設定から（Web版）、またはアプリの削除により（Mac版）、いつでも削除できます。

We may introduce iCloud sync (Mac version) or analytics in the future. Before doing so, we will update this policy, the App Store privacy labels, and let you know.

将来的にiCloud同期（Mac版）やアクセス解析を導入する可能性があります。その際は、事前に本ポリシーおよびApp Storeのプライバシーラベルを更新し、お知らせします。

Tomoshibi is a text editor in which typed text gradually fades away. It is available as a web version (free) and a Mac version (paid, through the Mac App Store). By using Tomoshibi, you agree to these terms.

Tomoshibiは、入力した文字が徐々に消えていくテキストエディタです。Web版（無料）とMac版（有料、Mac App Store）があります。Tomoshibiを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

In Tomoshibi, typed text gradually fades from view on screen. This is a core feature, not a bug. Your text data is saved on your device and can be reviewed using the "Read back" feature.

Tomoshibiでは、入力したテキストが画面上で徐々にフェードします。これは中心的な機能であり、不具合ではありません。テキストデータ自体はお使いの端末に保存されており、「読み返す」機能から確認できます。

All text you create is stored only on your device. If data is lost due to clearing browser data, resetting your device, or deleting the app, the developer has no means to recover it.

作成したテキストはすべてあなたの端末にのみ保存されます。ブラウザのデータ消去、デバイスの初期化、アプリの削除などによりデータが失われた場合、開発者はデータを復元する手段を持ちません。

Everything you write in Tomoshibi belongs to you. The copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of the app itself belong to the developer.

Tomoshibiで書いた文章の権利はあなたに帰属します。アプリ自体の著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app (except as permitted by law)
• Modifying, redistributing, or reselling the app
• Using the app for illegal activity
• Interfering with the normal operation of the app
• アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル（法令で許容される範囲を除く）
• アプリの改変、再配布、再販売
• アプリを利用した違法行為
• アプリの正常な運営を妨げる行為

Tomoshibi is provided "as is." The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of bugs.

Tomoshibiは「現状有姿」で提供されます。開発者は、商品性、特定目的への適合性を含め、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用に起因する損害について、法令で許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。継続的な提供やバグの不存在を保証するものではありません。

The Mac version is subject to Apple's Mac App Store Terms of Service and the Standard Apple EULA, in addition to these terms. In the event of a conflict, Apple's terms prevail.

Mac版の購入・利用には、本規約に加えてAppleのMac App Store利用規約および標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（Standard Apple EULA）が適用されます。本規約とAppleの規約に矛盾がある場合、Appleの規約が優先されます。

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through the app or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリまたはウェブサイト上でお知らせします。変更後の利用継続は、変更後の規約への同意とみなされます。本規約のいずれかの条項が無効と判断された場合でも、残りの条項の有効性には影響しません。

Tomoshibi is developed and maintained by an independent developer.
